My cooking is built on years of bread-making, developing savoury dishes, and exploring flavour and technique. Every menu brings together carefully considered flavours, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful cooking techniques to create a memorable meal made from scratch. To complete the experience, I can also arrange your dinner table, with the option to incorporate handmade Datcha ceramics for a distinctive, personal touch at an additional cost. From menu planning to the final table setting, each detail is considered to make your gathering feel special.
